WSR $10,000 Touch Down Return Competition

Worldwide celebrate co-founders NFL career with $10,000 contest

Worldwide Special Risks will have a special interest at Wembley Stadium on the 26th October.  When the Atlanta Falcons take on the Detroit Lions for another NFL show piece co-founder and shareholder Mick Luckhurst will be centre field for the honorary coin toss as the teams go head to head in front of yet another sell out crowd.

Born in Redbourn, Hertfordshire, he will be a familiar face to many a sports fan introduced to the NFL by Channel 4’s ground breaking coverage of the sport in the late 1980’s.   After a successful career as the kicker for the Falcons, retiring as their all-time leading scorer, Mick spent 8 years fronting the coverage for the station and writing for the Telegraph.

Established in the UK back in 1995 as Worldwide Hole ‘n One Limited to underwrite high value prizes for holes-in-one on golf days we have diversified significantly over the last two decades.

As Worldwide Special Risks we provide full range of Prize Indemnity Insurance and Event Insurance products insuring risks from TV shows & Sales Promotions to Pop Concerts & Sporting events.

Your chance to win 10,000 US Dollars!

To celebrate the occasion, Worldwide is giving brokers, agencies and customers the chance to win a US$10,000 prize.

Anyone requesting a quote in the week before the game (Monday 20th to Friday 24th October 2014) will be entered for the chance to win the prize.

If the opening kick off at the start of the Atlanta Falcons versus the Detroit Lions NFL game at Wembley on the 26th October 2014 is returned for a touch down, Worldwide will randomly select a winner from all the entries and present them with a cheque for 10,000 US Dollars.

What chance it might happen..?  Not bad when you consider that Atlanta Falcons Devin Hester broke Deion Sanders all time touch down return record last month!
