Cover is available up to £25m and the level of cover will often be set in the contract with your venue.
Employers Liability Insurance protects you against any compensation claims made by employees, helpers or volunteers who you have brought in to aid in the running of your event or exhibition stand.

It will cover accidental bodily injury and the claimant’s (employee, helper or volunteer) legal costs and expenses. A claim from an employee can arise from similar circumstances that a Public Liability claim can come from; it will most likely be accidental bodily injury as a result of an unforeseen incident at your event.
